Return and Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was received.


Damages and incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at butterstepsofficial@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Refunds
